This building is located just west of downtown Minneapolis, visible from 394. The project consisted of a full roofing replacement, with all new ISO board to meet energy code requirements, and a TPO membrane. The system was fully adhered. A lot of additional coordination was required to detach and reset antennas, cell towers, HVAC units and other mechanicals on the roof. Custom fabricated cap flashing and coping was installed as well.
